Our 2017 projects encouraged some creativity and new techniques, including creating and finishing NJNA Name Tags , Shell Game where we learned to create stitched shells and attach real shells to our work, and Kandi Korn with finishing as a stand-up easel.

• NJNA Name Tags
  • We encourage all members to wear a stitched name tag at our chapter meetings so Tina showed us a slight variation on our chapter name tag that was a lot quicker to stitch.  Cindy then taught us a quick finishing technique so we can all wear our stitched name tags!
• Shell Game is designed by Dakota Rogers.  Cathryn taught us how to stitch shells (yes, really!) and how to attach real shells to our work.  Check out the amazing creative work done by our chapter members on this project.
• Kandi Korn is an ANG Chapter Project Book project that works up quickly and is a great stash buster!  We used this project to learn how to finish projects as a stand-up easel.  What a fun way to finish a cute project!
